Years ago, I faced a scorpion issue and was recommended to a service. After hiring them, I have had no bug problems since. They also addressed a rat issue quickly. The technician, who recently visited, always informs me of his arrival, arrives on time, and checks for any concerns. He treats the yard while documenting everything, providing me with a comprehensive report. I can’t imagine not having this service as my trusted provider. I even recommended them to a friend whose spouse had a bad experience with pests.
As a loyal customer for nearly a decade with a termite protection plan, I am extremely disappointed with how it ended. The company canceled my account without warning, claiming they could no longer treat my property, and refused to give me a full refund. There was no clear explanation or support—just a cancellation. I still have termites. This is not how a long-term customer should be treated. I trusted them to protect my home, and they failed when it mattered most. Be cautious before entering any long-term contract with them; loyalty doesn't seem to be valued.
Our experience was the complete opposite of the positive reviews. We discontinued our regular pest control service due to poor service years ago but kept them for termite service because of the warranty. After being billed in May and scheduling an inspection for July, there was no record of it. We only received a visit after I complained, and they even tried to claim I rescheduled through a chatbot, which was not true. I was offered a small credit for next year.
I’ve been a customer for some time, but my recent phone conversation with a representative changed my view of the company. Although it wasn’t an in-person visit, the value I received in that call was greater than from multiple visits elsewhere. Their extensive experience was evident as they guided me through our severe chigger issue and provided a detailed strategy for treatment. The knowledge and care shown were impressive. The company is fortunate to have such a representative on their team.
I considered using their services but informed them I wasn’t ready. Despite my request to stop contacting me, they continue to spam me. I will not use their services and do not recommend them. Avoid providing your information as they won't stop reaching out.

Communication and customer service are severely lacking. I was quoted for unnecessary services, and the technician admitted I was overcharged. Treatment was ineffective, and when I raised concerns, management failed to provide a resolution. My second property faced even more issues, with charges added without my consent. I emphasized my needs, yet they did not follow through. I wasted time, energy, and money. I advise steering clear of this company.
