I had a fantastic experience with the company. The representative offered excellent prices on business class tickets to London. The flat bed seats were very comfortable, and the quality of the food surpassed my expectations. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with their service and would definitely book again.
The flight experience was great, from Taipei to San Francisco, flying EVA Air with really comfortable flat-bed seats, including lounge access before taking off. Everything went well, and I would be glad to make future bookings with them anytime.

Hong Kong to Los Angeles booking I used Business First International and everything went just perfect. Booked and paid with credit card in October for a trip to Asia but never get e-ticket issued. Agents keep telling me the issue is Singapore airline, not theirs. Then no more response either to my email and phone numbers on website are fake. Could not get hold of anyone. Stay away from this agency, a total SCAM. Wasted lots of time to chase the agent but disappears or not responding. A very frustrated experience other than losing my money.
