Stayed at an Airbnb they managed recently. Excellent and prompt communication and we particularly liked the full instructions including video clips to understand all the gadgets in the Airbnb. Couldn't fault them at all.

I stayed at Cosy Home in Basildon from 16 December 2025 to 17 January 2026. The property had several positives: it was well located, clean upon arrival, the check-in process was straightforward, and the amenities were suitable for a longer stay. The backyard was also spacious and tidy, which added to the overall comfort.
However, there were a few issues that affected the experience. The Wi-Fi stability was inconsistent, requiring multiple calls and emails to maintain a reliable connection. The beds in all rooms were not very comfortable, and the staircase produced significant creaking noise when going up or down. Similar noise could be heard downstairs whenever someone walked on the upper floors. Additionally, the heater in the second room was not functioning, which was inconvenient during the winter period.
Overall, the property has good potential and several strong positives. Addressing the Wi-Fi stability, heating issue, and furniture comfort would significantly enhance the experience for future guests, and with these improvements in place, I would be happy to stay again!
We had a great house via Airbnb in Brighton that met all our expectations for a family occasion. It was spotlessly clean and equipped, perfectly located and met all the details of the description. Access to the house was easy and well communicated, all our queries were responded to (parking, late check out) readily and professionally. We had a great week-end there and I would recommend the service for its ease of communication and professionalism.
Once we reserved our AirBnB, we were contacted by the owners and provided with helpful ideas and clear instructions. Very professional and property was spotless.
The property was ideally situated with easy access to City Centre, great transport links and loads of different things to do.
Really enjoyed our stay and absolutely well looked after.

When I booked the AirBnB I was not aware that it was managed by Pass the Keys. My experience of working with them (in the Shrewsbury, UK area) and the cleanliness of the property would lead me to book another property managed by them. The listing of the property, the communication, and the responsiveness of Pass The Keys was 100%, I could not find any faults.
The apartment was spotless and tastefully decorated, surpassing our expectations. Additionally, the representatives from the service were very responsive, courteous, and accommodating. We would happily choose this property again if we visit London.
