My loan officer provided excellent support. During our first conversation, she inquired about my reasons for refinancing. After reviewing my current loan, she highlighted what the company could offer me. She simplified the financial terms so I could easily understand them. She also advised me on my financial situation and pointed out that an SBA loan from the pandemic had less favorable terms. For a few thousand more, I could pay it off early and save significantly on interest over the loan's term. As the title suggests, she made everything clear and understandable. She was always professional and courteous in our discussions.
