Placed and order and it said shipping would be 6-8 days I never recieved a tracking number so I emailed the the two emails that were listed on website and I had one response that said they would check and update me to which they never did and I emailed multiple times and had no response books have yet to show up. I asked for a refund and no response
Customer service is great, quick responses! The website applied a different book than I ordered, noted on the confirmation email. They fixed it right up and assured me I will receive the correct book. Creating a bit of anxiety, but trusting my book will arrive without problems!
First time buyer. I had doubts initially because it's my first time hearing about Buybooksy, plus the price was ridiculously cheap. I am surprised as to the speed at which the book was delivered plus the way it was packed there is no way it could have been damaged. I am very much pleased and I would definitely recommend and I would definitely buy again. .....Note I bought the NEC 2023 with EZ tabs.
Please don’t waste your money here. I ordered what was supposed to be new books, but they arrived in poor, damaged condition. When I contacted them for return, they said I would have to pay for return shipping. They did not replied about the damaged products. The website information is misleading, their customer support is unhelpful.
Terrible service and response time.I ordered a nec 2023 code book and was sent a psychiatry book instead.When I tried to correct this before it shipped the only response I got was "which books are you need?" So obviously broken English. When I responded with photos and the confirmation for what I ordered vs what they tried to send I got no response. Nothing. I do not recommend them ever. It was only after looking them up did I see others had the same issues. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR TIME.
