I am a disability student that was looking for recourses to better help me achieve my education goals. I was hoping to get my textbook in PDF version. I came across this site on a reddit thread. There was nothing but great things to say about the site! The website does say there is some sort of hold and you are not able to purchase.. we reached out to the company and got a response. Stewart has been extremely helpful. I have not received my digital version yet so I am not able to comment on quality or things about the item itself. However, I do not doubt I will be very happy with my purchase :) If you need something from the site and it is not letting you purchase, or maybe you are in a financial pinch and things are a little out of your budget, send them an email!! They are so kind and helpful! I will be looking here for future text books!
They are legit. PDF works very well. I ordered on Saturday night and initially did not receive the link so I emailed to let them know. Did not hear back so grew a bit impatient. It turns out their customer service does not operate on Sunday. First thing Monday morning they responded with my PDF. I am very satisfied with the service they provided.
Purchased Interplay: The Process of Interpersonal Communication (15th Edition) – eBook and did not receive the link to download the book. It turns out they had an issue with their payment processing and fixed the issue the next morning. They even offered to give me a free book as well as a 10% off coupon.
First time I've ever used. They had sale on the e-book version of a book that would otherwise have cost me about 200 USD instead I payed ~13. I immediately got a mail with 3 different links, the second worked for me. Easy to download. Only downside was that they didn't offer payment via PayPal but that's just nitpicking on my part.Overall a great resource for students.

While my payment went through, the promised textbook did not.Annoyed, I contacted them, and within a day, they replied to my email, delivering the purchased text.Good customer service, thank you.
