This company has quality tools at good prices, delivered in good time.Their website is easy to use, with good descriptions of the items. I don't know how good their customer service is because I've never had a problem with anything, about them or their products. I think this says lot about them.I've bought stuff from this company over more years than I can remember, so they must be doing right because I won't go back to people who mess me about. Again something that says a lot.
Beth, was so helpful when I was needing a sample of a tile edging, she contacted the manufacturer and had it sent out to me so quickly and she was such a pleasure to deal with. I then ordered my tile edging from BuyBrandTools and again my order arrived within 2 days and in perfect nick. I most certainly would recommend this company 10/10
Order stated 2-3 days delivery. Confirmation stated 2-3 days delivery. Should of arrived yesterday.Haven't received dispatch info or correspondence from courier so there clearly is no intention to deliver soon.Nobody responds to emails or answers the phone either it seems. 1600£ that should of been spent elsewhere.
