I have my order ID: #20606 (hoping to receive my account, but who knows), and I can share the last few messages exchanged before they vanished. I asked, "Thank you so much! I'll be waiting for the account details." them: "We will update you here with an email." I inquired, "How long will it usually take?" them: "Working on it, I sent an email and will update here." them: "Give me the same time." I responded with a thumbs-up emoji, saying, "Take your time if needed" (which they liked). After that, I sent a few more messages, like, "Hey, just checking in on the account status?" Despite sending several messages, they remain unread as of 1/16/26. Overall, I’d rate this experience a 1/5 stars—maybe a 2/5 for their initial approach—because they seem credible until payment is made, then they disappear, which is typical of scams. If the seller is serious about making this right, please provide my account details, and I will gladly revise my review to 5 stars or remove it completely. I'm genuinely disappointed as I still need a digital advertising account, and $130 is a significant amount to lose. If anyone has recommendations for a legitimate source, please share.
