I purchased a 12 Month Ultimate game pass. They made it clear that I was purchasing an account but their FAQ and the disclaimer they have you sign does not say anywhere that the account cannot be used on multiple xboxes. It does say that it cannot be used on PC. I have screen shots of the FAQ section and the disclaimer that I signed. I understand that it says no refunds. My problem its that it is not made clear that you cannot use the account on more than one xbox. After further emails they can send you 2FA information if you request it from them to use it on another xbox but this was not an acceptable solution for me. I understand that it may be for others.

I purchased an Xbox Live Ultimate (12 month) account from this company and have had a great experience from the start. The game account works amazing. I use it for cloud gaming and have no issues. They have had amazing support and have answered all my questions very quickly and professionally. I would recommend this purchase to anyone looking to get an Ultimate account.
I'm only giving 2 stars because since October 30, 2025 on my son's birthday he wanted a new game NBA 2k26 ,first the password was incorrect, contacted customer service was able to get it fixed. Today due to the weather and all I allowed my son to play and there's a normal software update. Once it's complete, he goes to play the game and gets a message the profile has been banned for violated Microsoft's terms and conditions. I reach out to buygameshop.com via email and was first told to turn the console off and back on and if that didn't work, contact them back. Once this was done, I advised the same message was coming up and then I was told, there was nothing that could be done because the terms and conditions had been violated; howeverwith a copy and paste message reading the terms and violations, which we hadn't done anything. I then responded that there was nothing that was done and was this a scam or gimmick and I received an email stating that there was nothing that could be done, their technical support team checked the profile and it was us not them that was having the issue. I am truly appalled and feel like when businesses take your money for their services and give a lifetime warranty they must be held accountable. I don't care how small or big it is. Not to mention I was referred to as sir. I'm definitely going to look further into this and asked for a corporate contact or someone who can review this further. I had to come back and change my review because customer service was great, they came back and rectified the issue, my son is now able to play his game.
