Disappointed with My Order

I ordered a heater on December 6, 2025, and as of December 23, it hasn't even left the warehouse according to the tracking. I reached out to the representative on December 16, and was told it was in the shipping process and would arrive by the holiday. I'm beginning to doubt that will happen, and I haven’t heard back after multiple emails. It feels like a scam.

Incredible Heater!

I absolutely love these ceramic heaters! During a storm, we lost power, and my neighbor helped by running a cord for a small heater that kept my bedroom and hallway warm for 12 days! Now, I use three heaters in different rooms to save on my electric bill. I appreciate that they also function as fans with cleanable filters, and the safety features work wonderfully!

My Heatcore is Fantastic

Portable and Effective
