I ordered some products intended for Christmas, and they arrived at our home sooner than we thought! It was a bit slow, but overall, it was quite prompt. That's why I'm giving 4 stars. Well done, team! I can't remember the exact order date, which is why it showed November 14th.
I have consistently had positive experiences with my many orders. Regarding customer service, they are outstanding. On two occasions when I reached out (once about an inquiry on a clothing order and another to amend an accidental order), they replied right away, addressed my questions, and corrected my error. They are reliable in my opinion.

Given his specific tastes, that truly highlights the quality of these toys—they're excellently crafted. He gives them a thumbs up, his way of saying it's a perfect score.
This is the response from customer service: Hello, they were apparently waiting for payment between the specified dates, and once they returned it, if we get it back, we will refund the items but not the shipping cost. In fact, we do not issue any refund at all in cases where customers do not pay customs.
The item came exactly as described and arrived much faster than I anticipated—about 7 days from order to delivery. After seeing many negative reviews online, I was genuinely surprised that the product arrived at all. A satisfied parent here! Just a heads up, shipping can be expensive, but overall, I'm happy!
This company has inadequate customer service, and the only way to communicate is through email, which takes nearly all day for a response. I purchased merchandise, and the shipping carrier used also has poor service, only communicating via email and failing to provide a tracking number. They delivered the plush a week early without notice. I contacted customer service, but they refused to send another plush and are only offering a refund. I requested a full refund, including shipping, as the carrier's service has been very disappointing! This is the second time I've encountered this issue. Honestly, I won't buy from a shop that doesn't appreciate its fans and customers!
Do not purchase! I ordered a gift for my daughter's birthday and paid both for the plush and the shipping, which was equal to the plush price. There was only one attempt at delivery without any warning, and I wasn't home that day. No notice was left, and my mailbox wasn't used. The plush was returned, and I was only informed two months later. They won't resend it, only refunding the plush price. I'm devastated! My daughter is without a birthday present! This feels like a scam! Truly disappointing!
