Review Time
I have been using BuyLensOnline and their sister site, SaveOnLens, for many years now. The products are authentic, same as what you'd get from your eye doctor. I received my order today (Thursday) after putting in a rush order late Monday night. You can't ask for more! The prices are always good, too. I recommend them to everyone.The reviewer who gave them a one star because UPS didn't deliver their order doesn't understand the world around them and that review should be removed. in my opinion.
I was in a pinch and needed to place an order for contact lenses without needing to upload a prescription. I took a chance on this website. I placed an order on Thursday and received my order the following Tuesday, 4 days total. Awesome, awesome. Received my product as expected. Sometimes you'll get an international version of the product with some of these websites (i.e. packaging written in another language), but not in this case. A+
I purchased 4 boxes of contacts, the total paid was $235.44. After about a week Usps tracking stated the package was delivered. I went to the mail room and the office. No package anywhere. I called Buy lens online, the said they would put a trace on the package. 2 weeks later and still no lens. I could continue waiting so I visited a optometrist and ordered contacts from them. Now Buy lens online says they can only give me a 50 percent refund. I did nothing wrong why am I being punished? How do I know if Usps actually delivered anything? Why don't they take a picture like amazon does. How do I know what if anything Buy lens sent? Needless to say I will never purchase from them again. Buyer Beware here.
I love the low prices which are way cheaper than 1800contacts who I've used in the past and the shipping is fast.also the reorder option on the Website makes getting new contacts quick and easy without having to put in prescription info all over again as long as i wear contacts ill definitely be a satisfied customer
I ordered lens, two boxes, paid for fedex 2 day. They then emailed that they would be on back order at least 4 weeks, and would i like to cancel. So yes I canceled the order, and they charged me 10.00 per box for restocking fee. That is pure robbery. How can they charge you for that. I called them and they were terrible. Never buy from them. I have made a complaint to the CC company.
There's so many negative reviews about BuyLensOnline that I had to take a moment and write one. I never write reviews. My order was processed the same day and shipped overnight across ths country to Northern Maine. My contacts are perfect, and they're astigmatism too. I was certain if this wasn't a scam like others claimed that it would at least take awhile. I was in a huge bind for these. It was going to be three weeks before my Optometrist could get them in. Andy T responded quickly to several of emails. Processing and shipping, product and customer service were absolutely perfect. I don't understand the complaints at all. I'm very, very thankful for BuyLensOnline.
