I paid an extra fee for this service, but it took 6 days just to create a shipping label, and then an additional day for the part to actually ship. I've tried to reach out multiple times for a refund on the shipping costs but received no response. If you need a part urgently, I recommend looking elsewhere. The shipping company is reliable, but the issue lies with the warehouse's delays.

AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS! I ordered a part, and the next day they canceled the order when I requested an ETA. They said the refund would happen automatically within 10 business days, but nothing has occurred. Please warn everyone to stay away from this platform. It's a complete scam.
This service has the worst customer support I’ve ever encountered. I ordered parts in September 2025, and after waiting patiently, I contacted them via email and phone. I was told my part would ship soon, but it never did. When I followed up, I received an email stating my order was canceled, which I did not request. Now, I’m getting no response from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SERVICE. They will take your money and provide nothing in return.
This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company. You place an order, and if they don't have it, they just sit on it without any communication or follow-up. The return process is made excessively difficult to discourage returns.
