The hair quality is outstanding. I have several pieces in burgundy, and they match perfectly. The customer service is exceptional. When my order was lost by the carrier, I reached out and they quickly investigated and sent me a new order, which arrived within two days. Very satisfied!
I never got my hair extensions that I ordered in early December. I contacted them a week ago and was told I couldn't get a refund, but could receive credit or a replacement. I requested a replacement, but there was no follow-up or shipment notification. I've ordered multiple times before, but I'm ending my relationship for 2026 sadly. :(
I was excited about the Brit ponytail, but after the first day, it started tangling. I had to brush it frequently, which made it lose its smoothness. After a few weeks, it felt like a cheap product. I wouldn’t recommend it; it feels like something from a discount store.
