Hello everyone, this seems to be a well-crafted scam with a highly convincing website. If you're having doubts, I highly recommend using a secure payment method like PayPal. I was fortunate enough to get my money back after they even provided a fake tracking number, which looked legitimate on a recognized tracking site. I suspect that the positive reviews may also be part of the deception.
I placed an order in October, and the payment was fully processed then. I was told my reformer would arrive by December 27th, but I have yet to receive it and have had no updates. Despite sending multiple emails for clarification, I have received no replies and remain uninformed about my order's status. This was a significant investment for me as I am starting a small business. After reading reviews from other customers facing similar issues and expressing doubts about the company's legitimacy, my concern has grown. I urgently need someone from the company to reach out with an update or assist in resolving this issue.
This company is unreliable. I ordered my reformer, received no tracking information, and it claims to be on a vessel. A quick search of the address reveals it’s a random house. Nobody answers the phone. The seller refuses to cancel my order despite my numerous requests. Avoid this company!
I ordered my reformer on October 25th, and nearly a month later, my 'package' is still reported as being on a vessel. I can’t track my order and have no idea if I will receive it. I am extremely angry and disappointed! I don’t know what to do!
My credit card company has confirmed I will recover the money these scammers attempted to take from me. This review serves as a WARNING. Do not be swayed by any discounts offered, as you won’t receive what you pay for. Suddenly, a few positive reviews have appeared online, all from the same region. I doubt their authenticity. I am convinced this is a scam. I sincerely hope fraud investigators are looking into this. Even with personal challenges, I feel these individuals are detrimental to the Pilates community.
