I purchased $30 worth of boxes but never opened the package. I returned it three days later and received only an $8 refund. This is poor business practice; I've bought many boxes before, and this was my first return. I'm confused about why I only got $8 back for items that were unused and in unopened packaging. I suspect they will resell them at full price to someone else. Smh.

Steer clear of this service! It's completely unacceptable. I was informed by their representative that if I ordered before 12:00 PM, my order would ship that same day. I placed my order at 10:00 AM and received confirmation without issues. Later, to ensure I would get my package by Monday, I checked my account and found my order on hold. I called customer service at 11:50 AM, still within their timeframe, and encountered one of the rudest representatives I've ever spoken to. She told me they wouldn’t ship until the following week, claiming they only accepted a certain payment method for my order quantity, despite my full payment by credit card, which wasn’t even an option on the site. When I asked how to pay via the mentioned method, she said it was “too late.” She refused to connect me to a manager, spoke with a nasty tone, and showed no intention of helping. This company outright lied, took my money, and then blamed me for their own failures. I will never use them again.
I have nothing but positive things to say about this company! I've been ordering boxes and shipping supplies from them for a couple of years, and their prices, product quality, and shipping rates are all competitive and fair. Most importantly, their customer service is outstanding and personal. In a time where calling companies often results in frustrating automated systems, this service shines above the rest. They are so impressive that I wish they could teach others how to provide excellent customer service. Kudos to everyone involved!
While the representative was professional, the product (13x18 rigid mailer/stay flat) is of poor quality and doesn’t fulfill its purpose. It shouldn’t need additional materials to be rigid when it’s advertised as such. Just cheap packaging that caused me issues because a customer received a product with a crease. I won’t be using them again.
I found defective mailers with open seams in my order. I usually buy two boxes at a time, and my last order was a year ago. They remain in my office. They tried to blame me for the issue. Their prices are high, and the customer service is lacking. I won’t be using them again. It's better to find companies that truly care about their customers.
