After several sales calls, we tried their 7-day free trial, but they failed to deliver a requested homepage update within the promised time. They then proposed another free trial, but before we submitted anything, they charged $520 to my business account. I had to contact the bank to block the charge. This kind of financial behavior raises concerns.
Working with this service has been fantastic. Their support has greatly benefited our business in graphic design, and I’ve been impressed by the quality and consistency of their work. I particularly appreciate their platform for organizing design tasks, which streamlines the process. Sounded great during sales call but then the design team couldnt understand anything i needed done and then needed me to explain everything in such detail that it took more time to explain things than to do it myself. Then when i wanted to cancel i could never get a response from the team. Avoid this company at all costs.
