Great sales team not pushy at all! Special thanks to Orange team especially AnnMarie and Steven who were very patient and attentive! When we collected car although very lengthy process, Greg went over and above to make sure all went smoothly thank you!
Only negative point was when requesting a call back once you have purchased a vehicle it doesn't seem to happen which was a little frustrating !
Overall though extremely pleased, we got a very fair price for the vehicle we exchanged and would not hesitate to recommend Available Car to friends and family. Thank you all regards Jill & Adam

The process was reasonably efficient and professional.The down part was the time waiting to see someone to finalise the deal. An hour and a half waiting time to finalise the deal once we'd decided yo buy was not reasonable and the company needs to sort this.The car collection was efficient and easy.
The staff are friendly and well-informed but....please review the choice of music played over speakers situated everywhere inside the building! The music is awful,intrusive and too loud -it's difficult at times to hear what the sales or handover team are saying and neither of us has hearing loss so goodness knows what this must be like for older people with hearing aids.This music is not 'background' but at a volume which can bring on an unpleasant headache if trying to concentrate on details being shared.
