Absolutely love Byoma

Absolutely love Byoma. I have never stuck to a skincare routine until I found these reasonably valued product. These also score wellOn the Yuka app which puts my mind at rest at what I'm putting onto my skin. I do however agree with others that their packaging could be more environmentally friendly. Maybe refills could be brought?

Heavy plastic containers…

The Byoma products are all lovely from the brightening body lotion and wash.Their containers for their products are terrible.Heavy thick plastic bottles which should be made easier to access, and the product doesn't come out with the continuing pumping.It's frustrating that Byoma cannot make these lighter for environmental and less plastic

Leaking lip products

I purchased their lip oil and mask. Both have leaked. One damaged my bag. The actual product is good but there is only 5ml product in the container. Ive had to return both of them. Wouldn't risk repurchasing. What's the point of a lip oil that you can't take anywhere. Im now having to waste time and money packaging this up to take to a post office to return to Boots.

Horrendous customer care

I like their products, and the offers on the website. But I've shopped with them through Top Cashback and not recieved any Cashback, despite them claiming to offer 10% cashback. I've raised a missing cashback claim and they're refusing to pay. Not only that but after months of regular deliveries from them, a parcel was not delivered or even attempted delivery, but taken to a parcel shop i couldn't get to due to health abd transport issues. Spoke with DPD and they would not help so got in touch with Byoma who made clear that they would re send this parcel "as a gesture of good will" as if it was my faulty DPD didn't do their job and I have a disability. Thus, it has made me hesitant to order from them again. Despite their products being good, the way they treat their customers is disgraceful.

the byoma hydrate and repair serum made me break out massively!! it doesn’t even hydrate your skin it just makes it feel sticky. i wouldn’t reccomend this product.

The BYOMA Moisturizer gel cream SPF 30 is incredibly low quality product. It peels off. In convenience stores you find better products. Don’t waste your money
