Terrible experience. They have the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Additionally, their misleading commitments at the time of sale seem to be a consistent issue. I ordered on December 6, seeing a note stating 'express delivery; will arrive tomorrow.' Now it's the 10th, and I’m still waiting.

Once they confirmed the parcel was lost, they promptly resent my entire order with next-day delivery and even included a complimentary item.
