My experience with Byronbricks was really good. I managed to personalise 2 characters for my husband and myself, which we both love. I wish they have more options to choose from but I’m happy with my characters. The delivery was really quick!
Really disappointed with my experience at Byron Bricks. I’ve contacted them four times now — I only got one initial reply, and after sending over the requested video and photos, I’ve had absolutely no response. I spent £17 on an item that arrived scratched, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the product I received looks noticeably different from how it was shown on the website, especially the Afro piece, which was a big part of why I ordered it in the first place. £17 for LEGO is already steep, but to receive a damaged and inaccurate item with no customer support makes it even worse. I personally wouldn’t recommend Byron Bricks based on this experience.Update - after leaving this review Byron conveniently emailed me this despite ignoring previous attempts to contact him:“Hi RiannaJust to follow up again I’ve seen your review I’m just waiting for the part as it was discontinued to resend it.” He could have told me this weeks ago. He also removed my 1 star review from his website which I later realised on the review website judge.me there are other 1 star reviews that he has removed. I would avoid at all costs. It’s a cheeky and inauthentic relay on consumer experiences. I contacted my bank and opened a dispute to get my money back.
