It has been nearly a month with no acknowledgment of my emails, and there is no phone support available. They have a fee to enable certain features, but unfortunately, it is not functioning as expected.

Limited matches for my budget

There aren't many matches within my budget. I had better luck on other platforms. I used the free version, so I can't really complain about limited communication with potential matches. I guess you get what you pay for!
