Support is completely lacking

I'm unable to download the software I purchased and can't get any assistance. The AI chatbot is useless and even tries to make light of the situation. This is yet another online company that evades responsibility once they have your money. They are entirely faceless.

Frustrating experience with product exchange

I bought a new device that wouldn't get past the startup screen. They told me to send it back for an exchange. They confirmed receipt, but after a couple of weeks, I've only received generic emails. They mentioned a replacement would be sent this week, but that week has passed without any updates. I can't recommend this product based on my experience with this service.

Positive customer service experience

Not enough people share positive reviews when great service is provided! I had an issue with a product, and the support team went above and beyond to help. They sent a replacement after a couple of issues with the same product and even called to discuss it. Their customer service has been impeccable, and I appreciate their efforts.
