Wonderful candles. The Barber Shop candle is a perfect mix of masculine and feminine scents, perfect for the powder room. The plug-ins are pleasant, long lasting, and the perfect amount of scent.
Great candles for the most part. Every once in a while I get one that seems to burn my eyes when lit. I do appreciate the flat rate shipping fee and their great customer service. My one complaint is that they will occasionally discontinue a scent even though it is one pretty much everyone loves. I think it would be great if they would let us decide which scents to keep or bring back.
Overall good company, just wish the return policy was a bit better and there were more physical places to find candles besides Walmart. Decent alternative to bath and body work candles though if you looking for something different
I used to be a Yankee candle fan. But a friend had mentioned buying a goose Creek Candle So I gave them I try. I haven't bought yankee since. These candles are so strong you don't need to burn very long. I often get the best comments on any scent I burn. Best candles ever and customer service is great!
Although the shipping has gone up and it seems like once you place a order, if you place one two days later they don't ship that first one now they wait to ship all of it out together. So I definitely don't like the wait. No need of doing the expedited for an extra $2.95 because your candles will still not arrive any sooner. If I ever receive a candle broken I just snap a picture send it to support and they send me a replacement. I have been a Goose Creek fanatic for over 5 years.
The candles are amazing #1. How long it takes to receive them is the problem. I gave them some slack over the holidays...(it took 3 weeks)...but recently I ordered two and it took forever. I know I'm spoiled with Amazon, but their delivery time is very bad. Also it takes 10 DAYS after you order for the product to even be shipped. They may have a good explanation, but it escapes me. Having said all that....their candles are worth the wait.
I have ordered multiple times over an extended period, and I can confidently say their candles are the best I have encountered. Shipping has always been prompt, and my orders have consistently been fulfilled. However, this month, December 2025, it seems they may be experiencing a surge in orders, as my shipment is delayed for the first time. It didn't impact me much, but I did find myself double-checking, "Did I really place that order?" Yes, I did, and I received a notification a couple of days ago that it had shipped. This is the only hiccup I've faced with the service, so I'm giving them some grace! Happy Holidays!
I ordered three candles at the beginning of December and received no updates, so I contacted the support team. The representatives were unhelpful and provided minimal information, only stating that the items were in the warehouse. After three weeks, I finally received a confirmation that they had been shipped. However, I later learned that one of the candles had been refunded without any prior notice from the representatives about my order being incomplete. The customer service was very disappointing, especially since this was a Christmas gift meant to arrive by the holiday. Now, it is set to arrive in early January. I would not suggest using this service.
I ordered candles for the first time, and upon opening the box, the scent was incredible. I thought if they smelled this good just out of the box, they must be amazing when lit. Unfortunately, three of the candles had damage on the ends, likely due to shipping. I reached out to the company, and they promptly replaced the broken candles. It's rare for companies to stand behind their products like that. I lit one of the candles, and the aroma was calming—not overpowering, just a lovely scent. I can't praise the quality of these candles enough. I will certainly be ordering again.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the experience! It feels like a complete joke, and I will never invest my time with this service again. I should have paid attention to the negative feedback before making my purchase. I assumed that ordering from a local provider would be straightforward, but I was mistaken. I placed my first and last order on 12/11/25, and the payment was taken on 12/12/25. I did not receive any confirmation email. The customer support is terrible! I sent several emails only to find out they are not monitored. Eventually, I got a response from a representative stating my order was located and would be shipped, but it still hasn’t been dispatched. I just want my refund of $47.21. This situation is absurd; I can’t believe this service is still operating.
