I have purchased quite a few different pieces from Raena Stones (previously known as Cadena). It is such a relief to know all of their jewellery are 100% waterproof - You can wear your jewellery in the shower, to the gym and at the beach, they will never tarnish!
If I have ever had a slight quality issue, Gabi on customer service is so quick at resolving the issue, which really shows how much their customers mean to them.
The only negative I can add to this review, and this is me being picky, pricing is a little high, however I am willing to pay it if it’s going to stop the jewellery from tarnishing.
The pieces are beautifully crafted and truly resemble fine jewelry. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. My only concern is with the courier service, which has proven unreliable. I faced issues with them regarding my order and others from different sellers. They provide inaccurate delivery logs, forcing you to spend time on hold for unhelpful information. The support team was helpful, but I recommend they reconsider this courier. I mention this seriously; I have had several orders go missing during the holiday season due to this service. I highly recommend the seller.
