Took a month to get half my order after I threatening to call my bank and cancel payment. Still waiting on the rest. Will not answer emails. I've left over 20 now in the past 1.5 months. Won't fall for their game again.
This service lacks timely communication with customers and has failed to fulfill or ship the purchased items. I ordered five products from this provider on December 20, 2025, and as of January 20, 2026, I have yet to receive them. I cannot recommend doing business with this unprofessional service, as I am currently disputing a refund for items that I paid for but did not receive.
I placed an order on 12/30/25. I have no scheduled delivery date and attempted to reach out to the service. They have a standard response indicating they are busy with orders but have not contacted me via phone or email. As someone from the Caribbean who wishes to support local businesses, this experience has left me hesitant to do so in the future.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I placed my order in mid-August, and it shows a shipping label was created on August 27 with no further updates. They provided the same excuse on September 29 about orders being held up at customs, claiming they were released that day. On November 5, I received an email stating my items were shipped that day and that I would get a tracking number once cleared through customs. However, the label was still showing as created on August 27. This is unbelievable.
Still waiting on my order from August 16; it's now November and nothing has arrived. Initially, they provided updates, but I haven't received a tracking number. They used a tariff excuse to delay delivery and have not responded to emails or calls. I tried to be understanding, but seriously, two months? Other items from around the world are arriving, yet this service can't deliver after two months?
Avoid this vendor! I usually check reviews before making purchases, but I had a craving for a specific treat. I placed my order on October 19, 2025, expecting a two-week turnaround. It is now November 19, and after multiple requests for updates and finally trying to cancel and get a refund, I have contacted my bank to dispute the charge. They need to improve!
I am very disappointed with this provider and feel the need to caution others about my experience. On October 7, 2025, I placed an order totaling $100.00, and as of November 26, 2025, I still have not received it. I sent six emails to customer support, and each response was the same generic line: 'We are working on getting your order shipped.' I requested a refund three times, and none were acknowledged or processed. My first order took about seven weeks to arrive, and when it did, three products were opened and damaged. I requested a refund for those items, but it was denied. As a supporter of Caribbean businesses, I gave them a second chance, but I regret it. Their lack of accountability and refusal to honor refunds show a complete disregard for customers. I will never order from this provider again and strongly advise others to avoid them.
This is one of the worst services I have ever encountered, showing little concern for their customers. Orders are delayed with minimal communication. This provider had potential but I advise against ordering here if you seek peace of mind.
