Disastrous experience - steer clear!

A complete joke

I placed an order at 8:30 PM with a promise of delivery by 9:30 PM, but it never arrived. After calling, they claimed it was two minutes away, yet 40 minutes later, the order was canceled! When I inquired, they blamed it on flooding, which was nonsense as it hadn't rained.

If I could give zero stars, I would

If I could rate this with zero stars, I definitely would. My partner and I ordered through a delivery service that promised 45 minutes. After an hour, we called for an update, only to be told delivery wouldn't happen until tomorrow, leaving us confused. After a second call to cancel, the representative yelled at us. This place should be shut down.
