While placing my order, I noticed a significant lack of attention from both the staff and management. After ordering twice, I waited over an hour just for drinks. When I requested to speak with a manager, I observed him arguing with staff inappropriately in front of customers, which was quite unprofessional. I've never seen such disregard from management towards employees and patrons. I will not return and advise others to reconsider.

I've never witnessed such negligence from management towards their employees and customers. I won't be returning and advise others to think twice.
This review focuses solely on the food, as the staff were good. I ordered a vegan burger, fries, and coke without ice. Unfortunately, the portion was very small, resembling a paper party plate. The burger contained minimal ingredients and tasted bland, similar to supermarket options. The ‘cheese’ was tasteless and the fries were just fries. My drink arrived with ice despite my request. For around £22, the quality was appalling. I ended up having cheese sandwiches at home to fill up. I wouldn't choose to return.
After a 20-minute wait to place our drink orders and another 20 for them to arrive, we were informed that they had run out of burger buns, hotdog buns, and wraps. They suggested leaving if we preferred. When I asked to speak with the manager, it took another 15 minutes to find him, only to learn that two chefs had called in sick. This experience was quite frustrating.
The restaurant was nearly empty, yet the server seemed oblivious as I waited to be seated. After a long wait for my order, the children's drinks were filled mostly with ice. The sharing platter arrived on an unclean tray with no separation between it and the food. The chicken wings appeared dried out and likely reheated, while the quesadillas were soggy and tasteless. The only redeeming item was the onion rings. Had it not been for my hungry children, I would have left. The best part was a glass of wine. I will not return.
I waited over an hour for starters and 35 minutes for drinks, followed by another hour for mains, all of which were cold. It was my son's birthday, and after waiting 45 minutes for any acknowledgment of the celebration, I was let down. This was a prearranged birthday event, and only one staff member seemed engaged. For over £100, the food was cold and of poor quality, with unacceptable wait times.
I encountered a lovely staff member who was incredibly kind and cheerful, even during busy times. She took the time to engage with customers, and despite the wait, the food came out in a reasonable time. While it was a bit pricey, the quality made it worth the visit, and I would happily return.
