This website is a complete scam! I ordered a bouquet for my mom's birthday on August 20, 2025, and they did not deliver. After canceling, they promised a refund in 7-10 working days. It’s been over 10 days, and I still haven't heard anything or received my refund.
I ordered a cake around 11:30 PM for fast delivery on August 10, 2025. I received an email saying my order wouldn't be delivered. I requested a cancellation the next day and was told I'd get my refund in 7-10 days. It’s been a month, and I still haven't received my money. I'm considering filing a complaint against this service. Is anyone willing to join me?
Worst company ever met in lifetime. Don't order such money looting fraudulent company. I had ordered a birthday cake from this looting thief company and didn't delivered my parcel till now no refund yet. So please avoid dealing with such third rated looting thiefs.
