The website takes orders for cakes, but then one hour before delivery, they hike the price by a significant amount. In my case, the price was hiked by INR 170. They then cancel the order and say they will refund you in 10-15 days. However, they never refund your money.This is not the first time that Cakesportal.in has been accused of running a scam. There are many reports online of people who have been scammed by this website. The website is poorly designed and there is no contact information for the company. This is a clear red flag that something is wrong.I urge you to stay away from Cakesportal.in. This is a scam website and you will not get your money back if you order from them. I have ordered cake on September 7.but you didn't deliver cake . I have received mail from your side regarding this and mentioned that you will refund within 15days. Still now i have not yet received my money. Refund my money. I have sent mai many times. Really it's a worst experience. It's unfair.
I have ordered cake and some gifts to my wife on her birthday on 13th almost RS.3500, today it's 16th still I haven't received the order.I have been sending couple of emails but no response to my mails.I really suspect this is fake or real website. After paying money no updates no reply to mails even I couldn't find customer phone number on web site. I really wonder of such kind of people on earth.
