I had a very frustrating experience with this service. I placed an order and had to reach out for an update after a week. I received a partial refund instead of the full one I requested after cancelling my order. Now, I have to wait for the item to be returned before hopefully receiving my money back. This service stands out for all the wrong reasons, and I urge others to choose a different option.
Very positive customer service interaction. I submitted a link to a purchase I made from them at a lower price before they shipped it out. They quickly and with no issue credited my purchase to match the price of the link I sent them. Item I purchased has glass. The company that makes it double boxes it. Then Cali Connected packed and boxed it again. Shipping and delivery was fast. Received my item on the 5th day after purchase. Highly recommend Cali Connected.
