Review Time
The customer service is NON existent. Its been over one week with an urgent issue for a ticketed event. All i get in response 3 days after i make a request is eiether:
1. "we are working on you request"
2. sorry we are very busy, it's taking longer than expected.
3. a new ticket number when i am replying to the ticket. Which starts the process all over.
My event was ruined because i had physical advertising material with a QR code that had issues.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
There are no real people, you cannot talk with anyone. Says live chat - its bots and every response is our team will get back to you within 48-72 hours.
I was very surprised to see my subscription price increase from approximately €60 to over €100, without any clear prior communication or proportional justification.
Additionally, the fact that dynamic QR codes cannot be converted into static codes places me in a difficult position. This creates a form of forced dependency on the service, which I find excessively restrictive for users.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this situation. Such a significant price increase, combined with the technical inability to recover my own QR codes in static format, gives the impression of a locked-in model that lacks transparency.
I would like to:
Be contacted promptly by a representative
Receive a clear explanation regarding this price change
for those who have been scammed like me you can absolutely get your money back. explain that the text was too small to see and that there was no final bill price before paying. its a violation of laws at least in Europe. with revelut I got my money back by proving with screenshots everything was really unclear and no final purchase button.

A company may be violating it if it:
presents pricing in a deceptive way
hides key payment details
creates a false impression of cost
Predatory business. They advertise their service as a free qr code generator, but after a couple days they will email you saying you need to sign up for a membership to keep your qr code valid. They reroute any link you use to go through their website, so even if you print out the qr code they can render it useless. There is also no option to make a plain qr code that won't be rendered void.
If you want a properly free solution, shorten your link using bit.ly and then use QRCode Monkey to make a qr code of the bit.ly link. This will make a qr code that will last forever with a link that can be updated by you at any point in the future.
Thought I was creating a static QR code, but without being told or informed apparently I've created a "Dynamic" one, which they charge for. I needed it for a uni assignment and have been forced into either paying or failing.Tried contacting someone to complain/ get help. All they've got is some second-rate AI bot that's absolute crap. They don't have any contact information and don't respond to anythingDon't get suckered in like I was. This site should be closed down
1 star is too big. I signed up and cancelled within 7hrs. They advertise a weekly fee BUT charge an annual fee. They don’t advise that. Also do not advise amounts are in US dollars. The QR codes are poor quality and don’t work with iPhones. Refuse a refund or even a discount. Use canva much better quality and better service all round.
