The Calm Pets should be rated as a zero rating. The company is a scam and disconnected the phone number given. I used my AMX CARD and my credit card company stopped payment on the merchandise that never arrived. Thank you AMX. Stay away from this company and do not waste your money or time.
I ordered two chew toys for £27. Destroyed within an hour. Emailed to ask about refund to be told the guarantee doesn’t include pet damage or damage caused by aggressive chewing. These toys are a waste of money and the guarantee is worthless.
Massive scam, It looks like its same firm as wowpetsmart.com and is pulling the exact same scam as them! They advertise chew toys for 'heavy chewers' ,they're not suitable for any dog really and definitely not for 'heavy chewers'! If you look at their terms and conditions, they say these toys are only suitable for small dogs and furthermore, to qualify for a refund on the grounds of product failure, the item must be almost like new!
I purchased the Durable Duck. Took over 2 weeks before delivered , destroyed in 5 minutes. Not at all what they advertised. Cheap material not for heavy chewers or tug of war . When I tried to get my money back, the 100 day guarantee does not cover damage from pets! Do not waste your money on this or any of their products. They all are probably cheap throw away items.
I’ve been very frustrated that my Calma Pet bed was which was purchased on 7 August, and despite receiving a confirmation of postage on 10 August is yet to be received. My order number #1020. Sadly, I followed up with an email on 10 September to Calma Pets asking them to make contact and no one has followed up with me. A very disappointing situation.
