I was very skeptical about this product. I didn’t know how a breathing device could help my anxiety. I thought this was all a scam. After reading reviews I decided to take the plunge and buy one thinking it would never work. I could tell immediately after one use the difference it made. Now, I take it with me everywhere, I am never without It. The scented plates make it even better. This helps me calm down an sleep.
I ordered CalmiGo in hopes that it would help with my anxiety, and it does!! I use my calmigo when I am in distress. I love the peppermint scent option, as that is my favorite scent! But they have others to choose from if peppermint is for you!
I was looking forward of receiving my calmigo. I was told that it was great for panic attacks and they were right. The first time I was having bad anxiety and severe panic attacks that were so bad that I could go to work or do what every person would do. The essential oil, with the fact that you have to breath and then when you reach where you need to be it buzz. I was able to be in the moment present and focus on being okay and moving forward with my journey. For me it was life changing and I do recommend it.
- This product is amazing. It has really helped me with anxiety related panic attacks. I do the three minutes sometimes for insomnia too and it works. The scent replacements only last a couple weeks i find before the scent is not noticeable anymore. 6 pack on amazon through their store is a good way to save some money on them.
I have been dealing with anxiety again for some months now and was diagnosed with GAD and PTSD. I found this device one day scrolling through my feed and decided to give it a go. I have to say with continued use, this has helped me in times when nothing else seemed to. I really liked the citrus scented plate. I still have yet to try the other two scents, but it definitely was pleasant and not overly scented. It helped me during my panic attacks when I felt breathless. I would recommend anyone who suffers from panic attacks to give this a try.
Honestly I think this is a great little device(but definitely overpriced). I REALLY wanted this to work for me, but unfortunately it’s just not discreet enough for the environment I would be using it in. This will definitely attract quite a lot of attention with both the rattle it makes and the fact that you really do need to use it for at least 3 minutes. People will undoubtedly approach you and think you need medical assistance.
