It made a difference.

I fought tooth and nail with my VA therapist and hospital to receive this device. Calmigo advocated for me after carefully listening to the problem and how I was feeling as I hit road block after roadblock. They gave me steps to follow and with their help, I now have one.I used it in a distressing situation for the first time the other day. It helped me settle and begin to allow for what was really going on come into focus after about a minute and a half. It was slow and consistent which allowed the repercussions of my actions bleed in slowly, as well. This prevented me from going off the wall again from being overwhelmed with emotions again.It was easy to use. It was fast-acting. It made a difference.

Calmigo helped me quit vaping!

I am a Navy veteran and I was given calmigo by my mental health care team at my local VA clinic. I have almost 12 years sober from drugs, alcohol, and cigarettes but whenever I quit all of these in July of 2013 I picked up vaping. I have been trying to quit vaping but nothing by itself has helped. I haven’t been able to stop vaping. By using the nicotine replacements prescribed by the VA along with the calmigo I have over 3 weeks off the vape completely! I have not put the vape down for more than an hour in the past 12 years!!!! I think with how hard it was for me, I would not be off the vape if it wasn’t for the calmigo helping me! So, yes it helps me calm down and relax but that’s exactly what I used the vape for too! Thank you so very much for your device. I use it every single day. It’s truly changed my life.

Veterans can get it through the VA

My VA provider got it for me after I mentioned it. It helps me every time that I experience sudden anxiety. Like all meds and gadgets this may or may not help others. You can try it and if it helps great. I personally recommend it.
