Overhyped. It's basically just a fancy 10b5-1 plan with some tax optimization thrown in. You can probably get the same results working with a good financial advisor but it'd be more expensive. I guess value is there, just depends what you want to do

JUST SELL EVERYTHING AT VEST AND DIVERSIFY INTO INDEX FUNDS. Period. Fine if you want to use fancy automation, whatever. Ask yourself - if you got cash instead would you invest in your company with it? If no, then just sell at vest and diversify.

Had 3 years worth of RSU grants at all different strike prices and was looking at a massive $24k tax bill when I needed to sell. The tax optimizer managed to turn that into a $12k tax writeoff instead. Pays for itself

Does what it says but the interface…

Does what it says but the interface could be more intuitive. Took me a few tries to understand but at least phone support was top. Once you get it though, it's pretty hands-off

Been recommending this to all my…

Been recommending this to all my coworkers. Easy setup and I love not having to think about when to sell or how much. I don't use the ETF auto-reinvestment option but I might change that. I like that I don't have to think about RSUs anymore.
