Totally frustrating experience! I placed my order well in advance for the holiday, and now, a week later, I still haven't received anything. I've reached out several times but only received unhelpful responses. This feels like a scam; it's not worth your time or money. Unbelievable!
I made an order on 11/11/2025 and haven't heard anything or received any updates. I haven't even received an email from the warehouse. Where is my package? The website says it has shipped, but I have not received it. When will I get my items? This review is for a scam website, not the actual company with an 'e' at the end.
I placed an order on 11/15/2025, received a tracking number days later, but after a week, no order. I kept emailing them for updates, but the only response was that it was coming. On 12/14/2025, I got an email saying my package was delivered. NO, IT HASN'T! I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER. The reply was to contact the post office, but my post office doesn't operate at 6:30 PM, and I've been monitoring the camera. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company; they will take your money and claim your order has been delivered! I ordered this candy for a children's shelter for Christmas, and now I can't give them anything. Update: I ordered from your site, and I have emails from the company. This is a scam.
I ordered back in October, and now it's December. The tracking is terrible; the number doesn't work with any carrier. It says delivered on December 2, but I never received it. When I ask, they just say it's delivered and tell me to check local delivery, but I can't since the tracking number doesn't cross-reference. I doubt it will ever arrive; just another rip-off company.
