Have not been taking long enough to see any benefits and taking a lower dose to start as recommended. The oil doesn't taste unpleasant. The pipette or delivery system could make it less effective or more expense as its not very accurate and the oil is quite viscous. Gummies contain sorbitol artificial sweetener which I'm sensitive to.
