Blady liers and such a scammers, I've been trying make the purchase from them since two weeks and all the time I ask for price they gave me fares which is not budget friendly and they do sell fake mix with original don't ever try to buy with them. They have tactics to get the sale done. This is not acceptable. Once a price is quoted and confirmed, it should be honored. I expect better professionalism and accountability from a cosmetic retailer. They quoted me a price for serum at first , and I confirmed the order based on that price. I made my decision based on the price they confirmed and afterwards they come up saying price no longer available and giving a sky rocketed fare and all this two weeks they gave me the same price I told them I need escalate this to supervisor or manager immediately.I am asserting my consumer rights.What happened is unprofessional,Misleading pricing Very very very Poor customer service and Potential unfair trade practice.no one responded me back I'll definitely post all on social media. Please girls and boys be cautious these people are just entertaining every innocent people.
Extremely good and helpful customer service and very high quality products. the staff is very polite. and I recieved my order in just a couple of days. I will buy again and I would definetely recommend it.
