Lack of Service and Communication

I can't even express my frustration about the service because there was NONE! I placed my order on the 7th of December 2025, expecting it to be ready as PROMISED in their advertisements, but now it seems I won't be receiving my order. They initially responded on a messaging platform with my tracking number, but when I started raising concerns about the delay, they stopped responding and even blocked me on social media. This is utterly DISGUSTING! I would never recommend them to anyone!

Extremely Disappointing Experience!

What a disappointing experience. I ordered a puzzle, but what I received felt incredibly cheap. I intended to gift it to a friend, but it arrived in a flimsy plastic box with no consideration for the customer or presentation. It went straight into the bin. When I contacted support, they just suggested I purchase another one! Terrible treatment and I will not engage with them again.

Awful Service

I ordered a clock on September 3. On September 11, I received an email saying they needed to reprint, after I followed up on the order. It was eventually shipped on September 12, and I received it on September 15. What a disappointment to find a random name printed on my husband's anniversary gift. I can't even present it on our first anniversary after ordering 20 days in advance. I was promised a reprint within 48 hours via email last week, but that never happened. I am heartbroken and disappointed. I will not order from them again, especially after a previous sizing error with my canvas prints.

Exceptional from Start to Finish
