Review Time
First off, I wanted the deposit on a Monday and was told that the person calling me on the 'pre loan distribution' call could do that. During the call she seemed completely surprised when I told her I wanted the deposit Monday and not right then (Thursday). Although she took care of it, I believe she should have been given a heads up that that was going to happen.The second issue is that this is supposed to be an 18-month loan (in my case) but I don't even get to use the money a full month before the first payment is due. I feel that the term is somewhat misrepresented when the first payment is due just 21 days after it is distributed. This, of course, is for the benefit of the lender and not the customer. Most annoying and disappointing.
