Frustrating Payment Experience

I completed two payments of €4000 towards my outstanding balance, one on 10.10.2025 and the other on 11.11.2025, through interbank transfers to a recognized bank listed on the service's website. However, both payments were returned from another bank to my account, which I had been using sparingly. The repayments made no mention of my account with the service. After multiple attempts to understand why my balance wasn’t updated, I found out they returned my €4000 without any explanation. This online banking system is no longer functioning well for me. They seem to use privacy regulations to protect their operations but neglect to apply the same standards to my data. It feels like someone is trying to drive me to frustration. I anticipate they will ask for more information, even though they can easily access their system for relevant records. This situation has been a nightmare, so I've chosen to view their refunds as unsolicited gifts and will ignore their ongoing payment requests until they resolve their system issues.

This is a prime example of predatory lending disguised as legitimate credit. The service is appalling, and it feels like they are taking advantage of vulnerable individuals. They claim to adhere to data protection rules but seem to mishandle my information. Despite their requests for more information, they could easily access their records. This situation has become a nightmare, and I’ve decided to treat the refunds as unwanted gifts while ignoring their further payment requests until they resolve their system issues.

Avoid This Service

They will impose additional charges if you don't possess a credit card, despite your debit card being capable of holding funds. The cashier wouldn’t even attempt to process it.

Unreliable Service

I plan to pay off my balance and never use this service again. Ironically, I have a high credit limit, but the card is incredibly unreliable. My transactions are often denied, requiring a verification call. What if I need it during an emergency?

Extremely Frustrating Card

If I could rate this card negatively, I would. It's the most frustrating card I've ever used. It keeps declining my transactions. When I contact customer service, they claim to have unlocked it, but it still fails to work. Payments take excessively long to reflect, and even once received, it takes additional days to access the funds. I suspect they might be mismanaging our money. I'm closing my account for good.

Unauthorized Credit Check

I received an offer stating they would only perform a soft credit check, which was acceptable to me. However, after I decided against getting the card, they conducted a hard check without my consent, negatively affecting my credit score. I'm extremely frustrated by this lack of transparency.

Technical Issues with Account Access

If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. After years with the service, I suddenly couldn't log in. I made several calls, and eventually was told to re-register. I did so, but still cannot access my account. I'm concerned about potential charges due to this issue.

Confusing Payment Processes

I received a card with a $1500 credit limit, which was later increased. I made two payments of $1000 each, and both were acknowledged. However, they incorrectly took another $1000, claiming it was on autopay, which I never set up. Despite their assurances, my account balance was still incorrect. I never received the credit I was owed. I strongly advise against using this service.
