I was initially disappointed because my gift order for Christmas arrived after the holiday. However, the company reached out to apologize and issued a full refund since they didn't meet their promised delivery date. Who does that!? The caramels were a hit, especially the chocolate-covered ones. I'll definitely consider this company for future orders.
I placed an order on December 21st as a gift for a friend recovering from surgery. The order never shipped, and I can't reach anyone since there’s no phone number listed. All I get in response to my emails is that someone will get back to me, but they never do, leaving me out $78. I would not recommend this company at all.
If I could, I would rate ZERO. I ordered a birthday gift on November 28 for delivery by December 19 for my daughter-in-law's birthday on the 21st. When I checked the website, my order was marked unfulfilled on December 23, two days late. The website provides no contact information, just an email link. After sending three emails, I finally got a response on the 26th. I requested a refund since the gift was now late, and to make matters worse, they charged my card an additional $10 for FedEx delivery. They dropped the ball, didn’t make it right, and charged me for their mistake. I'm extremely disappointed and will never use them again. Buyers beware—you might have to do their job too.
