Happy with most of the experience, in particular one advisor “ Nora” was very helpful. Only negative was I did NOT receive any of my documentation on signing up!I had to follow this up, it appears someone had made errors in both my phone number and e mail address! In addition I had a delay in taking out the insurance by a week or two due to delay in sale. When I did take the insurance the premium increased by around £20! I thought the initial quote would have been honoured!
People on the phone are extremely helpful,very happy to answer all my questions. I had to make a couple of amendments to the policy,the way that was dealt with was very reassuring. I would have no hesitation in recommending your services
