You told me something pivotal will happen around a specific date, and nothing happened, like absolutely nothing which could be considered as a sign. So I will be able to share more to how accurate your reading was as time passes. If it turns out somewhat accurate, I would consider purchasing more of your services. Also a lot of notes about unlimited free readings and such but I only got 1 full discount, and another one which only lasted 72 hours. I was not able to use that simply because I did not have time or access to my devices. So now I cannot use it, which in my opinion as a customer is not okay. Maybe there is something I misunderstood, but I don't think so.

You didn’t answer my question about my ex sleeping with someone after her birthday last year (which is Dec 17), you instead gave me a reading as if I was the one who slept with someone last December.
You didn’t actually say if I was going to get back with my ex girlfriend but instead gave me a bunch of phrases and soliloquies to “cheer me up and be hopeful.”

I never received my reading. I emailed to request a resend but got no response. I also messaged on social media, but there was no reply, despite my messages being seen. I only received automated messages regarding other payments and offers. I was informed via email that due to changes, I needed to pay for a new reading at a 30% discount, even though I hadn't received the first one. Despite the discounts, it still feels like £17 wasted, and according to the terms, I can't get a refund—only a credit note or a free reading is offered. I'm really disappointed and frustrated by the lack of response through both email and social media.
