I found this company through online ads. At first, everything appeared to be satisfactory, and I was given a sales representative to assist with sourcing a vehicle. That’s where the issues started. The priority was clearly on earning commissions rather than ensuring customer safety. Even after being warned about the dealer's high risk, the sale went ahead. The dealer has since failed to deliver the vehicle, offering excuse after excuse, with no resolution in sight. I formally requested to cancel the deal, and now I’m seeking both a cancellation and a formal complaint — yet at this point, no one is replying to my emails or willing to talk on the phone. It’s complete silence. This company operates with a sales-first mentality, neglecting any form of service. Once the deal closes, customer care disappears. There’s a lack of accountability, no ownership, and no meaningful customer support process. I am currently waiting for a response from the relevant authorities and have reported the dealer for fraud. If you do anything this year — steer clear of this company. They are sales-driven, ignore risks, and their operations fall apart once the commission is secured.
