There seems to be a total disregard for GDPR compliance; there's aggressive misuse of customer data. The terms and conditions are insufficient, and they need to ensure the language is not abusive. Acknowledgement of banking issues can take up to 30 days, with no resolution in sight. Banking costs are high, and the service quality is extremely poor. The reliability of bank statements is low, with numerous issues in standard statements. The only positive aspect is the ability to exchange a set amount during lunch hours.

My spouse and I had to make numerous calls over several days just to activate the mobile app. Instead of helpful solutions, we encountered unprofessional staff who seemed dismissive. Even after the app worked, essential functions were still malfunctioning, and we were told to visit a branch in another country for assistance, which is impractical. The transition has been poorly managed, leading to a frustrating experience for customers. If you expect reliability and professionalism, this service does not meet those standards.

My spouse sent me money online from another bank, and nearly 12 hours later, it still hasn't arrived. In contrast, transfers from other banks are usually instantaneous. This bank has been the slowest I've encountered.

Unfair fees

They have introduced arbitrary fees, such as charging for inactivity within a specific period, even if the last day falls on a weekend. It's unreasonable to impose charges for infrequent use. Additionally, what happens to accounts if the owner passes away without anyone knowing the passwords? They could continue to charge fees indefinitely. This bank operates unethically.

Previous warning from the bank

Years ago, representatives from this bank contacted me, insisting that I withdraw all my funds. Upon verification, I found it was true. They claimed it was due to my lack of support for the U.S. during an interview. As a result, I closed my account and moved to another bank.
