There was problems with the delivery however the customer service team was amazing and got back to me very quickly and solved the problem with speed aswell. Would definitely recommend
The rubber mats have an extremely strong smell. I have owned rubber mats before and never had this issue. I ended up leaving them in the garden for two weeks before being able to use them and even then, the mats are all I can smell when I get into the car.
So I have received my carmats which I bought surefit with but upon fitting it to my car it clearly does not fit properly??? It’s too small and doesn’t line up, edges are not lining up and some edges going over the plastic. See attached photo. Clearly a car mat from a random car or poor work from the people you employ and no care in the world to honour your surefit service.
Good quality, quick dispatch and easy to fit (Renault Trafic) with the fixings matching perfectly. Only downside is the embroidery is smaller than anticipated ( no size indicated on website)
All in all pleased with them, certainly stop your feet sliding when it is wet.
