The shipper is located in China, not in Italy, not in Netherlands. The shoes didn't fit. I wanted to send them back. Referring to the sender, I had two options. First: I keep the shoes and get 20 % refund. Second: I send the shoes back to China on my own cost and then get 100 % refund.
Avoid this company 100%! I really cant say this enough.Wish i had read the reviews before ordering my wifes christmas present.After contacting them regarding the return i have been offered 10% partial refund , then 20% .The return address is in China, even tho the label on the package says the return address is in London.The item has poor stitching feels thin and cheap.Wish id never ordered.
I bought a pair of shoes. Since they were of very poor quality and not fashionable at all, I wanted to return them unworn. According to the terms and conditions on the homepage, a 100% refund is described for a return address within Europe. I am now supposed to send the shoes to China. Alternatively, I was offered a 20% refund.This contradicts Casatitempo’s own terms and conditions according to the homepage. On the homepage, a return address in the Netherlands and a 100% refund are indicated.
Ordered a dress for a formal evening. The description and photo does not match what I received. The colour is a horrible green, the material is cheap and the brooch it came with a cheap bit of plastic. hangs horribly on me. It says it has buttons but there are none. lopsided at the bottom. Waste of money and took weeks from China. Should have looked at reviews first. Don't buy from them.
This site is a shameful disgrace. A complete SCAM. I ordered what were described as leather boots, reduced to £77. They EVENTUALLY arrived from China !!! They were plastic, reeked of chemicals and were so badly made and finished. I would never dream of going out in them. I complained and was offered a 10% refund and to keep the boots. If I wanted to return them, it was down to me to pay shipping and carnet costs back to China. After many emails they finally offered me 50% refund and they said they wouldn’t pay return shipping and that was their final offer. I had to accept so lost £38.50 and a pair of boots that will go to a charity shop. EVERYONE BEWARE. DO NOT NOT NOT IRDER FROM THESE DESPICABLE PEOPLE. I have learned a hard lesson but have reported them to my bank.
