At first , I doubted this store because of the late delivery , specially last holiday season , I was frustated and reached their customer support , Explained everything to me politely and assist me all the way until I successfully received my Giacca Uomo, Best buy !!! love the product , And I dont understand why there are lots of negative reviews here .. this store is superb.
Absolute scamers,got a jacket from them £72 for a piece of shit that was nothing like advertised, different colour, stitching, pockets missing, buttons, no padding, to small ,very very bad quality from a sweat shop in China,wanted me to return to China not the address given on the website so put case in with PayPal and got my money back as not going to the cost to send it back to China as that was not the return address in there policy, going put the jacket in the bin where it should be. And it funny how they now have good reviews after I pointed out they hadn't got 1 good one and they all from the country's PH,NL,IT THE ONES THEY DEAL FROM HA HA HA
I bought a trenchcoat made of wool in heavy wool quality. I received a thin, transparent coat without inner lining, allegedly made of 65% cotton and 35% polyester. Even that is doubtful. After withdrawal from purchase, seller initially offered a discount of 10%, finally of 70%. He refuses to send me a free return label to Utrecht (seat of the company) and insists on my sending the coat back to China, at my own expense, and warns against Chinese custom duties even though it is a retour. I opened tickets with Paypal and Visa, will contact the Dutch authorities supervising the company and will file a criminal complaint online. Update: Two days ago, I received a refund from Paypal. Conclusion: Don‘t give up. Inform the Dutch authorities (ACM) and Paypal, your Bank or Credit Card Company!
This is a scam company from China, they look ' Italian ' but supply really poor junk with no way of returning it. They know that they've got you and then go down an avenue of partial refunds because it's not financially viable to send it back. It's a bare faced con, avoid at all cost.
Wish I'd checked this site first. To quote my daughter, the pyjamas we ordered were worse than if we'd got them from Shein. Appalling quality material, badly made (the sizing would be laughable if I wasn't so naffed off) and nothing like the photo. Avoid at all costs!! Emails bounce back, and no chance of refund.
This site is a scam site . The product you receive is not as described or as the images. It is poor quality and the cut of the product is terrible , the arms are to short and the body is far to small , I ordered a large and it would fit a 6-8 uk size with short arms. They will not accept a return and all the terms and quarantee as printed on their website is purely to con you into a false sense of security to get your money.Visa , Mastercard and the other payment gateways they are using to take our money should be monitoring these sites as they are the ones taking our money and putting it into their accounts . They have no regard for our British consumers rights and are laughing at our many emails ,taking pictures and answering all their questions when all the while have no intentions of taking their inferior products back and giving us a refund .
